My shamanic teacher started our weekly class with a breathing exercise. He didn’t explain anything instead he guided us to experience the power of our own breath. I laid down on my yoga mat and followed his instructions. I did notice some resistance at first but we were encouraged to persevere. After a few more breaths I entered into a deep and peaceful state.
After this profound experience I decided to make breathwork part of my well-being routine. After each practice I feel better, lighter and more alive. From a personal quest a community of “Quantum Breathers” has emerged who meet in the “Field” every week.
How does Quantum Breathing work?
We meet weekly on Tuesday’s in the Quantum Field at 10pm CET time for 20/30 minutes. A video is posted in a dedicated WhatsApp group. We meditate as individuals online yet as a group. We start the practice together or if your schedule doesn’t allow you can do the practice at your own time.
